Orders and payment
Single tags are paid by Venmo to @JKdesignApparel with your order number in the note. We start your tag once payment arrives. Team orders are paid by Venmo after we confirm the roster and price with your coach or team parent.
Shipping
Every tag is made to order. Most ship about 2 to 3 weeks after payment. Single tags ship for a flat $5.95 in the US. Team orders ship or are delivered together once the whole roster is made.
Returns and remakes
Tags are personalized, so they are final sale. If we make a mistake, or a tag arrives damaged, we remake it free. Please double-check spelling before you pay: we engrave names exactly as typed.
Logos
Only send a logo your team owns or has permission to use. We don't engrave pro or college marks.
Privacy
We collect what we need to make and ship your tag: your email, shipping address, and the name and number to engrave. Team orders also include the roster and a contact's phone number. We use it only to make, ship and talk to you about your order. The engraving details go to our production partner in Colorado. We never sell your information. Ask us any time and we will delete it.
